Project introduction

You might see many types of vu meter but this one is completely different because it has three modes like ◀️ left sliding mode, ▶️ right sliding mode, and◀️▶️ center sliding mode. Don't need any IC to make it. Only 34npn transistors (bc 547) and 1pnp transistors (bc 557) are required to make it this vu meter. It features 11 leds. You need to place these leds in a straight line. These led lights keep flashing right, left and downward as the audio signal increases. The operating voltage of this vu meter circuit is 12 volts dc.

What is transistor

There are several types of transistors, here we will know about BJT. (Bipolar junction Transistors)BJT is two types -NPN (Negative Positive Negative)or PNP (Positive Negative Positive)

NPN and PNP Transistors work opposite to each other.

Transistors is an active semiconductor device used to switching, regulating or amplify on electrical signal or power. Basically, various applications are made using these three methods of switching, regulating, or amplification. But we only used switching method in this circuit.
